Mens Mental Health Matters Sticker

Through out my years, I've noticed that there is a decline in men's mental health. While there is plenty of support for women, both online and locally, there is very limited support for men. As someone who battles with chronic illness, involved in domestic abuse, and even faced homelessness for 12 months, I received very little support, and yet, I felt lucky compared to many who don't even get the support that I was shown.

Men are often told to shove down our emotions and get on with life, completely ignoring the fact we are human too, and we battle, and carry, far more than our friends or family even realize.

If you're an advocate for men's mental health, you are welcome to purchase this sticker and place it on your car, your fridge door, a shed cupboard, wherever you feel it necessary to remind yourself and others, that your mental health, and other men's mental health, also matters.
